05 / Logistics & Supply Chain
We coordinate end-to-end shipping from multiple factories consolidating containers, managing customs documentation, verifying HS codes, and ensuring synchronized final delivery to your project site, on time and intact.
Coordinating shipments from multiple factories across different countries each with different production completion dates is one of the most complex logistical challenges in large-scale sourcing. A single delayed vendor can hold up an entire container, disrupting project timelines and incurring storage costs.
Our logistics team plans production schedules backwards from your required delivery date, coordinates container loading across vendors, manages all shipping documentation, and oversees customs clearance so your entire order arrives together, when it’s supposed to.
Consolidated Shipping · Global
We work backwards from your required delivery date to establish production deadlines, consolidation point schedules, and port booking windows ensuring all vendors are aligned to a single shipping timeline from day one.
We review and verify all shipping documents commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, HS codes, CITES certificates (where applicable), and any destination-specific import requirements.
We coordinate delivery from multiple factories to the consolidation point, supervise container loading (including load order for project priorities), and conduct a final cargo check before container sealing.
We track shipments throughout transit, coordinate with your freight forwarder or customs broker at destination, and ensure smooth final-mile delivery to your project site or warehouse.
We synchronize production across all vendors so your furniture, lighting, décor, and doors arrive in the same consolidated shipment not in a series of partial deliveries over weeks.
Incorrect HS codes, missing certificates, or mismatched packing lists cause customs delays and demurrage costs. We verify every document before the container is sealed.
For hotel openings, villa handovers, and restaurant launches with fixed deadlines, our logistics planning is built around your critical date not the factory's convenience.
We work with suppliers experienced in international export compliance, ensuring shipments leave with correct documentation, proper HS codes, and packaging that meets destination import standards, reducing the risk of delays or holds at customs.
We supervise container loading to ensure fragile items are properly protected and loaded in the correct sequence reducing transit damage and ensuring priority items are accessible at destination.
We provide tracking updates throughout transit and notify you immediately of any delays, port congestion, or issues requiring action no radio silence between loading and arrival.
Questions about shipping timelines, costs, or customs? We’re happy to walk you through the details.
We prepare and verify all origin-side documentation, which is the most critical factor in smooth customs clearance. At the destination, we work closely with your nominated customs broker or freight forwarder to ensure they have everything needed. For US imports, we can recommend experienced customs brokers specialising in furniture and décor if needed.
Yes. We handle both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments. For smaller projects, LCL consolidation through established freight forwarders gives you cost-effective shipping without waiting to fill a full container. For larger FF&E projects, FCL is typically more cost-effective and allows better cargo control.
Standard ocean freight from Indonesia or Vietnam to the US East Coast is typically 25-35 days, and to the US West Coast 18-25 days. Air freight is available for urgent items at significantly higher cost. We factor these transit times into your production schedule planning so your delivery date is always accounted for from day one.
Absolutely. If you have an existing freight forwarder relationship, we work directly with them on origin-side coordination. We handle everything at the Asia end factory communication, documentation, consolidation, and container loading and hand off to your forwarder at the port of loading.
Liability in transit depends on the Incoterms and insurance arrangements for each shipment. We strongly recommend cargo insurance on all orders and can advise on appropriate coverage. Our team supervises container loading and packaging validation to minimize damage risk before goods leave the factory, because prevention is than a claim.
