We provide weekly production status reports as standard, with immediate notification for any significant developments timeline changes, quality issues, or approval requirements. For large multi-vendor projects, we can provide more frequent reporting tailored to your team’s needs.
Yes. If you have existing factory relationships and active orders, we can step in as your on-the-ground management team. We’ll review the current production status, establish reporting protocols with the factory, and take over day-to-day coordination on your behalf.
Our proactive monitoring means we typically identify timeline risks 3-4 weeks before they become missed deadlines. When delays do occur, we immediately escalate with the factory, present you with options, and where necessary identify alternative production solutions to protect your project timeline.
No, we do not currently provide a dedicated project tracker or client dashboard. However, we keep communication clear and organized through regular email updates, scheduled check-ins, and direct collaboration throughout the project to ensure you always stay informed on progress, timelines, and deliverables.
